These social networks are operated exclusively by third parties. If you follow the links, information may be transmitted to these third parties. To increase the protection of your data when you visit our website, the plugins are not unrestricted, but only integrated into the page using an HTML link (so-called Shariff solution from c’t). This integration ensures that if you visit a page on our website that contains such plugins, no connection is yet established with the servers of the provider of the respective social network. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. Our employees and all persons involved in data processing are obliged to comply with data protection laws and to treat personal data confidentially. Our employees are trained accordingly.
To protect the personal data of our users, we use a secure online transmission method, the so-called ”Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission. You can recognize this by the fact that an “s” (”https: //”) is appended to the address component http: // or a green, closed lock symbol is displayed. By clicking on the symbol you will receive information about the SSL certificate used. The representation of the symbol depends on the browser version used. SSL encryption ensures the encrypted and complete transmission of your data.
12. Your rights
Data protection law grants you a number of rights in relation to data relating to your person (so-called data subject rights). In general, this is the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about you, the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of this data and to object to the processing. The EU General Data Protection Regulation also grants you the right to data portability. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you can revoke it at any time with future effect. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection supervisory authority.
13. No automated individual decision
We do not use your personal data for automated individual decisions.
14. Changes to the data protection declaration
New legal requirements, business decisions or technical developments may require changes in our data protection declaration. The data protection declaration will then be adjusted accordingly. You can always find the latest version on our website.
